Automatic Failover...

The primary data center is in Jacksonville, Florida and has automated fail-over that takes less than 90 seconds to complete in the event the primary center is incapacitated.  The secondary becomes primary and the tertiary becomes secondary within the blink of an eye following the establishing of down-time at the primary center.

Not only are the data centers SAS70 audited; so is PaperlessPay Corporation.  We go through a stringent Type 1 audit September of every year.   This provides you with the assurance we are practicing what we preach and that your employee's data is stored and protected with data security "best practices" recognized world-wide as the standard.
