The Internal Revenue Service now allows organizations to
provide their employees year-end-tax forms electronically
eliminating the huge cost associated with printing and
mailing.
In addition to eliminating these costs, the eW2 portal
allows the employee to have their eW2 available earlier than
the 1st of February each year.
Whats more...any employee who does not get their eW2 from
the on-line portal will receive their W2 the old fashion
way...US Postal service!
In 2008 we posted hundreds of thousands of W2s for employees
to "pick-up" on-line saving corporate America an aggregate
of over $300,000 in expenses and in excess of 4,000 people
hours.
