bi-weekly pay vouchers and their IRS Form W-2s,
Firelands Regional Medical Center had partnered
with PaperlessPay Corp to provide this service.
The transition team made the switch seamless and
what little technical support we require, the
response is prompt and professional. This
transition to PaperlessPay has my staff saying
... "is this pay week?"

wonderful time saver – it would take us 4 hours
to fold, seal and stuff the payroll with a
deadline of noon on Tuesdays...recently we had a
payroll software problem and we weren’t able to
run payroll until Tuesday at 5pm. I would have
been very stressed about getting the payroll
processed AND folded, sealed and stuffed but
with eStubView we ran the payroll, uploaded the
file and easily met the deadline of providing
the check stub information to our employees!
The employees like being able to access their
stubs prior to the Friday payroll.
The W-2 access is
wonderful as well especially for those employees
(current and former) that need W-2 access for
financial aid forms, refinancing their homes,
and other times when they can’t find their prior
or current W-2 and need it yesterday!! When
they call asking for a copy expecting to have to
wait for one to come in the mail and I explain
how they can access the W-2 on line, well….the
relief, excitement and gratefulness is heard in
their voice and it is fun to be able to provide
an instant solution that makes both of us
smile."
